Biography
Hurjui Loan has a graduate in economics, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of IaÅŸi – Department for the Economy of Industry, Constructions, Transports and Commerce. A graduate in Constructions, Gheorghe Asachi Polytechnics Institute of IaÅŸi – Department for Railroads, Roads and Bridges. He is a member of the ANEVAR and of the CEDIMES. He has a PhD in economics.
