Biography
Oana has Doctor’s degree in economics, awarded by the National Institute for Economics, the Romanian Academy. Degree in economics, awarded by the Academy for Economic Studies of Bucharest, Faculty of Commerce. Graduate of the 3-year further study course, organized by the Training Centre of the Ministry for Foreign Trade. He attended several economics training courses such as the one on competition, organized by Joint Vienna Institute, the one on competition and monopolist prices, organized by the Antitrust Division and Federal Trade Commission USA and the program on taxation and tax procedures held in France, Germany and the Check Republic.
