Biography
George Demosthenous, Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus, obtained the Diploma of Mechanical Engineering and a Doctorate from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. In his previous position as Vice-Rector of Frederick University he was responsible for the development, operation and evaluation of all new undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs of study.
