Peter Darvas is a specialist for Eastern and Central Europe at the World Bank. Before, he directed the Higher Education Support Programme for the Open Society in the research institute

His research interest includes to develop the knowledge of education policy issues in the Central/Eastern European countries and in the Central Asian Region.
