Biography
Dr. Sorin Ghiea, a primary physician in the field of medical imaging radiology, was formed in the field of imaging at Fundeni Clinic Institute during the period of residence. Training in musculoskeletal imaging began in 2009 with a scholarship in this field, offered in London by the European Society of Radiology (ESR). Returning to the country, he gained experience on the first 3 Tesla plant in Romania, and then he helped open and operate the imaging department of Medicover Hospital in Bucharest for 5 years. Together with a team of people with similar passions and experiences, he is organizing imaging courses in the field of musculoskeletal imaging, with the support of the Musculoskeletal Imaging Society in Romania, whose vice president and president. His experience in joint investigation includes the shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, elbow and hand pathology, both by magnetic resonance, computer tomography, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
