Biography
Dr. Stefan Mitulescu is an orthopedic surgeon working in the Central Military Hospital in Bucharest and specializes mostly in knee and shoulder disorders treated with open and arthroscopic surgery. He was part of an European Project “ORTOPRAXIS” working with medical students who were interested in studying surgery and orthopedics.
