Biography
Mr. Robert Ndungu serves as Company Secretary at Acorn Group Limited. Mr. Ndung'u is the founding partner of Cosec Associates. He worked at Deloitte& Touche (Livingstone Registrars) from 1994 to 2004 when he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (Chunga Associates). He left Chunga in 2008 to pursue his career at Cosec Associates. He has vast experience in providing Corporate Secretarial services to both private and public companies. He serves as Director at Acorn Group Limited. He has also attended various courses organized by the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries and the Capital Markets Authority. He graduated from the University of Nairobi 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons), qualified as a Certified Public Secretary in 2002 and was admitted as a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries in the same year.
