Biography
In May 2016, Mr Golukhov joined Acron’s Board of Directors. Since 2016, a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC Pharmstandard. Since 2014, CEO of Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 31, Moscow Health Department. In 2012-2014, Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of Moscow Health Department. Mr Golukhov was born in 1960. In 1983, he graduated from the Pirogov Second Moscow State Medical Institute. He is MD, Professor and a correspondent member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
