 Actando is specialised in blended learning solutions and change management in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. The Actando "Learning by Doing" methodology using serious games – also called business simulations - is far more effective at changing mindset than other teaching method. Participants learn by making and taking decisions, seeing the outcomes, then adapting and adjusting their behaviours accordingly.
