Biography
He was born in 1972 in Moscow. He graduated from the Economics Faculty of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov. Candidate of Economic Sciences. From 2009 to 2015, he headed the All-Russian Association of Food Producers and Suppliers of Rusprodsoyuz. In July 2015, he was appointed Head of the Russian Quality System (Roskaschestvo), created by the Russian Federation Government Decree No. 780-r of 30.04.2015. He is an Expert of the Open Government of the Russian Federation, a member of the Expert Council of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation, the Public Expert Council under the Department of Trade and Services of the City of Moscow, the Interindustry Expert Council for the Development of the Consumer Market and serves on the boards of directors of a number of state and private companies as an independent director.
