Biography

Pharmaceutical company "Soteks" was founded in 1999. Initially, Sotex was engaged in packaging and packaging of ready-made medicines under contracts with well-known western producers: Nikomed, Lek, Pliva, KRKA. This allowed the company to gain experience in production and quality control of products in accordance with Western standards. 2005 The production of injection molds is open. The Sotex plant became one of the first enterprises built in Russia in full compliance with GMP EU requirements. 2006 Sotex launched a licensed production of injectable drugs in conjunction with the company Nycomed. 2007 "Sotex Pharmaceutical Company joined the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (ARPP), which unites the leaders of the pharmaceutical market. 2008 "Sotex" launched a line of pre-filled syringes for the production of genetically engineered drugs. The first drug, released on a new line, was Eralfon® (epoetin alfa), used in socially important areas, such as oncology and nephrology. 2009 "Sotex" began exporting medicines to the countries of near and far abroad. 2010 "Sotex" entered the top five of the leading Russian pharmaceutical manufacturers. 2011 Acquisition of 100% of business and assets of OOO AnviLab. The deal significantly expanded the product portfolio of the production segment of the PROTEK Group of Companies, which received an opportunity for intensive development in the OTC. 2012 Sotex has released the drug Hondroguard®, which, according to the results of the retail sales audit in Russia, conducted by Pharmexpert, was recognized as the most successful longevity in the ATS group of Level 1 M "Bone-Muscular System". 2013 "Sotex" took the second place according to Roszdravnadzor among domestic companies in terms of the efficiency of the pharmacovigilance system. 2014 The launch of a new - the third in a row - production line of ampoule medicines, which allowed Sotex to double the volume of injection drugs. 2016 The ampoule production of Sotex received the European GMP certificate. 2017 GC "PROTEK" completed the transaction for the purchase of JSC "Rafarma"
