Biography
Extensive experience in pharmaceutical research and development, including pre-formulation, formulation of various dosage forms including both immediate and controlled release, lyophilization development and scale-up, solid state characterization and stability of proteins, small molecular weight drugs, and biodegradable polymers. Track records of scientific achievements in applications of physical chemistry and materials science for formulation and process development of pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals. Teaching experience in academia and industry. Fellow of the American Association of Pharmaceuticals Scientists since 2008. Accomplishments in building and leading multidisciplinary teams both within the company and between industry and Academia.
