Biography
Member of the Supervisory Board Director General, Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund Mr. Alexey Olegovich CHEKUNKOV was born on October 3, 1980 in Minsk. He is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, department of International Economic Relations (2001). Previously held positions include: 2011-2013 Director, Member of Executive Board and Investment Committee, Russian Direct Investment Fund; Since 2014 Director General, Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund. He has no participation interest in the authorized capital of Public Joint Stock Company ALROSA. He has no family ties with any members of ALROSA’s executive or supervisory bodies.
