Member of the Supervisory Board Finance Minister of the Russian Federation Mr. Anton Germanovich SILUANOV was born on April 12, 1963 in Moscow. He is a graduate of the Moscow Finance Institute with a degree in Finance and Credit (1985). Doctor of Economics. Previously held positions include: 2005-2011 Deputy Finance Minister of the Russian Federation; Since 2011 Finance Minister of the Russian Federation. He has no participation interest in the authorized capital of Public Joint Stock Company ALROSA. He has no family ties with any members of ALROSA’s executive or supervisory bodies
