Biography
Dario Cruz joined Chicago-based EVRAZ North America in September 2011 as vice president – employee relations and talent. In June 2012, he was promoted to Senior Vice President – Human Capital, leading the human resources and recruiting functions for the company. Before coming to EVRAZ, Cruz served as vice president – global human resources at Alcoa and Rockwell Automation. He also spent several years at International Paper as Director – Corporate Human Resources. Cruz has a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.
