Member of the Supervisory Board, Independent Director Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC SIBUR Holding. Mr. Dmitry V. Konov was born on September 2, 1970 in Moscow. He is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation with a diploma in International Economic Relations (1994), MBA, International Institute for Management Development (2000). Previously held positions include: 2004−2011 – Advisor to the President, Vice President for Corporate Policy and Strategy, Senior Vice President for Corporate Policy and Strategy, President, OAO AK SIBUR (2006-2011); 2011−2016 − General Director, OOO SIBUR; Since 2007 − Member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Management Board, PJSC SIBUR Holding.
