Biography
Ms. Galina Innokentievna DANCHIKOVA was born on August 13, 1954 in Khairyuzovka, Balagansky District, Irkutsk Region. She is a graduate of the Yakutsk Financial Technical School of the Ministry of Finance of the RSFSR with a degree in Finance (1972), the All-Union Extra-Mural Law Institute with a degree in Law (1985). She defended a thesis at the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration on the subject Reforming Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations in the Russian Federation (Regional Aspect) (2001). Ph.D. in Economics. Previously held positions include: 2007-2010 Vice Chair of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); Since 2010 Chair of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). She has no participation interest in the authorized capital of Public Joint Stock Company ALROSA. He has no family ties with any members of ALROSA’s executive or supervisory bodie
