Biography

He was born on December 1, 1975 in the town of Klin, Moscow Region. He graduated in 1997 from the Institute of Economics of the Moscow State Social University (MGSU) majoring in Economics and Sociology of Labor, in 2001 he graduated from the MIPK REA. GV Plekhanova specializing in "Professional appraisal and examination of objects and property rights", in 2011 - the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation for "Program for the preparation of the highest level of the reserve of management personnel." He passed an internship at the University of Edinburgh (UK) and defended the certification work on the theme "Human Development Strategy in the Russian Federation".
