Biography
Mr. Yury K. Okoemov was born in 1962 in the village Kazachye, Verkhoyansk Region, Yakut ASSR. He is a graduate of the Physics and Mathematics school in Verkhnevilyuisk, Yakut ASSR (1979). He is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys with a Diploma in Physics of Metals (1985), and the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, qualified as Executive Manager (1996).
