Biography

 The Corporate Secretary ensures compliance by the executive bodies and employees of the Company with the requirements of the legislation, the Charter and internal documents of the Company that guarantee the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of shareholders. Supports the balance of interests between participants in corporate legal relations. Provides for the activities of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the Audit Commission. Promotes sustainable development and growth of the Company's investment attractiveness, develops a corporate governance system in accordance with the interests of all shareholders and the Company. The Corporate Secretary is an official of the Company, is functionally subordinate and accountable to the Supervisory Board, the Administrative - to the President of the Company. He was born on May 7, 1981 in Kuibyshev. In 2003 he graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy, majoring in "Jurisprudence". In 2011, the International Business School of the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, under the MBA program - International Banking Management. Candidate of Juridical Sciences (Moscow State Law Academy, 2006) Prior to joining ALROSA in August 2010, he worked as the chief legal counsel for the legal services for corporate relations of JSC VTB Bank. In this position he provided the activities of the Supervisory Council of the bank, its committees and the Audit Commission. Participated in the preparation and holding of the general meeting of shareholders of the bank. Previously, he worked in the apparatus of the Federation Council and the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Member of the All-Russian Public Organization "National Association of Corporate Secretaries" (NOCS).
