Biography
He was born in 1962 in the village of Kazachye in the Verkhoyansk district of the Yakut ASSR. In 1979 he graduated from the Physics and Mathematics School in the village Verkhnevilyuisk of the YaSSR. He graduated in 1985 from the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys, majoring in "Physics of Metals", in 1996 - the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with the qualification "Manager of the highest category".
