Biography
Mr. Sergey Vladimirovich BARSUKOVis a graduate of Mozhaisky Military Space Engineering Academy with a Diploma in Mathematical Support for Computer-Aided Data Collection and Processing Systems (1993), and Saint-Petersburg State University with a Diploma in Public and Regional Administration (2005). He has no participation interest in the authorized capital of Public Joint Stock Company ALROSA. He has no family ties with any members of ALROSA’s executive or supervisory bodies.
