Biography
Member of the Supervisory Board, PJSC ALROSA, Independent Director Chair of the State Committee for Pricing Policy – Regional Energy Commission of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) till 2014. Ms. Valentina I. LEMESHEVA was born on September 23, 1949, in Ynykchan, Ust-Mayski district, Yakut ASSR. She is a graduate of Zhdanov Irkutsk State University (1972), with a Diploma in Russian Language and Literature, Philologist, and Novosibirsk Institute of National Economy with a Diploma in Planning of National Economy, Economist (1983). Previously held positions include: 2002-2014 – Chair of the State Committee for Pricing Policy – Regional Energy Commission of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). She has no participation interest in the authorized capital of Public Joint Stock Company ALROSA. She has no family ties with any members of ALROSA’s executive or supervisory bodies
