Member of the Supervisory Board Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mr. Yegor Afanasyevich BORISOV was born on August 15, 1954 in Churapcha, Churapchinsky District, Yakut ASSR. He is a graduate of the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (1979). Doctor of Economics. Previously held positions include: 2010-2014 President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); Since 2014 Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). He has no participation interest in the authorized capital of Public Joint Stock Company ALROSA. He has no family ties with any members of ALROSA’s executive or supervisory bodies
