Biography

Reference on benchmarking research, conducted by ALT R&C Company and Global Intelligence Alliance for Gazprom Neft Optimizing the activities of the company in the field of capital construction and procurement, the study of the best Russian and world experiences in this field was required. To solve this problem we invited co-joint team of two companies: ALT R&C and Global Intelligence Alliance, who have great experience in benchmarking projects and also ability to conduct interviews all over the world. The results of consultant’s work have fully met our expectations. We’ve got detailed information regarding internal structure of the studied companies and their business processes. The form of the research deliverables was also at high level. It is necessary to underline separately the effective interaction with consultants, who always quickly responded to our additional questions and comments. In general, we evaluate the work of co-joint team of ALT R&C and GIA at the level of the best international companies. Further, we plan to continue our cooperation with ALT R&C for solving various issues.
