Biography
Dr. Kagan O.F. graduated from the St. Petersburg State University named after academician I.P. Pavlova in 1991. Repeatedly passed internships on a specialty in clinics of Germany, Belgium and Sweden. He is a member of the All-Russian Scientific Society of Urologists, the European Association of Urologists and the Professional Association of Andrologists. Associate Professor of the Department of Urology of St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical Academy. Has a higher medical category in the specialty of urology. Oleg Feliksovich has modern methods of diagnosis, treatment and operations in urology, including benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostate cancer, bladder cancer. Conducts treatment, including surgical, about erectile dysfunction. Dr. Kagan performs 600 operations annually, including about 300 Trans Transplantation Resurrection (TUR), 100-140 operations of phalloplasty and phalloprosthesis, and 10-15 operations of radical prostatectomy in cancer.
