Dr. K.M. Vaksov graduated from the St. Petersburg State Medical University named after Academician IPPavlov in 1996. He passed additional training in the specialty of general medical practice. Repeatedly trained in the US in hospitals in Pittsburgh, Kalamazoo and Seattle.
