Biography
He was born on April 4, 1970 in Gomel, the Republic of Belarus. In 1991 he graduated from Krasnoyarsk Higher Command School of Air Defense with the assignment of qualification "Engineer for repair and maintenance of radio electronics." He graduated in 2000 from the command faculty of the St. Petersburg Military Academy of Logistics and Transport, specializing in Military and Administrative Management. He fought in hot spots, has military rewards. He graduated from the Internal Troops of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs as deputy commander of the division in the rank of colonel. He has numerous awards, including the badges "Participant of military operations", "For service in the Caucasus", "For difference in service" I and II degrees, "For loyalty to duty". He was awarded with medals "For Courage and Humanism", "Zhukov Medal", "For Military Commonwealth", "For Military Valor". He began his career at the Angarsk Electrolysis Chemical Combine in 2009 as a specialist in a special scientific and technical group. In 2011 he was appointed Deputy General Director for General Affairs. Performs the functions of a commercial director. In 2014 he was appointed to the post of Deputy General Director for Procurement providing infrastructure and logistics.
