Biography
Born July 20, 1966 in Angarsk, Irkutsk region. In 1988 he graduated from the Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering with the qualification "Engineer-builder". From 1990 to 2004 served in the regional administration of the FSB. In 2005 he was admitted to the Angarsk Electrolysis Chemical Combine for the post of deputy head of the information protection department. He went to the head of the secret department. In March 2013 he was appointed Acting Deputy Director General for Security. For many years of work he was encouraged by the management of the plant.
