Biography

He was born on June 10, 1949 in the village of. Kimiltei, Ziminsky District, Irkutsk Region. In 1966-67 years. worked in the Irkutsk assembly department. In 1968 he came to work at the AECC as a mechanic, from where he was called up for military service. In 1971, after completing his service, he returned to the combine. From 1979 to 1982 he was elected secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the AECC to the Angarsk City Committee of the Komsomol. In the same period, he entered the Irkutsk State University, graduating in 1984 with a degree in history and qualification as a teacher of history and social studies.
