Biography
Dr. Kenneth Martin received his Medical Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1978. He completed his general surgery internship and orthopedic surgery residency at UAMS in 1983. After a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery, he began his private practice in Pine Bluff in 1984 and relocated to the Little Rock area in 1990. Dr. Martin is board certified with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. He specializes in orthopedic surgery, particularly in treatment of shoulder, knee, and sports injuries and has performed over 15,000 knee replacement and arthroscopic surgeries. Dr. Martin conducted clinical research trials as a PI from 2005 to 2009 and has been associated with Applied Research Center of Arkansas since 2015 and became an ARC of Arkansas Orthopeadic Principle Investigator the same year.
