We started out from an idea of Arcady Khotin in 1993, and we’ve been offering our services and strategic consultancy all over the world ever since, working for great companies International entrepreneur, with Russian and Finnish companies and startups, consulting and testing outsourcing and IT Recruiting businesses with offices in Russia, US and Finland.  Co-Founder of Arcadia, one of the first professional software development companies in Russia. Co-Founder of first Russian software developers association Russoft. Customer-oriented, ROI-conscious, solutions-driven. Special focus on development and implementation of business strategy, that produce breakthrough results in sales, efficiency, and market competitiveness using offshore, nearshore and on-site models.
