Andrey Gurev

Biography

Mr. Andrey Grigorevich Gurev has held the position of Independent Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at PhosAgro PAO (former PhosAgro OAO), since October 5, 2017. Between July 31, 2013 and October 5, 2017 he acted as the Company's Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been Member of the Company's Board of Directors since June 2013. He is also Member of the Company's Strategy Committee. Between February 2014 and June 11, 2015, he was Member of the Company’s Human Resources and Remuneration Committee. He is also the Vice President of the Russian Union of Chemists and Chairman of the non-governmental organization DROZD – Children of Russia Educated and Healthy. Mr. Gurev graduated from Plekhanov Russian Economic University, majoring in Economics and Management.
