Ms. Jennifer L. Finch, CPA, has been Vice President and an Assistant Treasurer of Artesian Resources Corp. since February 23, 2010. Ms. Finch serves as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer at Artesian Water Company, Inc. She also serves as Principal Accounting Officer of Artesian Resources Corp. She is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of accounting and tax related matters. She has been Chief Financial Officer of Artesian Consulting Engineers, Inc., one of Artesian Resources Corporation's eight wholly owned subsidiaries since May 2009. Before that, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Handler Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware, where she worked for 14 years. She served as Chief Accounting Director of Artesian Resources Corp. since joining Artesian in August 2008. Ms. Finch has 20 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience, both in public practice and private industry. Ms. Jennifer L.
