Biography
Mr. John M. Thaeder has been a Senior Vice President of Operations at Artesian Resources Corp. since May 2007. Mr. Thaeder serves as Senior Vice President at Artesian Water Company, Inc.; Artesian Water Pennsylvania, Inc.; Artesian Water Maryland, Inc.; Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc.; Artesian Utility Development, Inc.; Artesian Consulting Engineers, Inc.; and Artesian Wastewater Maryland, Inc. He has been an Officer of Artesian Water Company, Inc., Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc., Artesian Water Maryland, Inc., Artesian Water Pennsylvania, Inc. and Artesian Utility Development, Inc. since February 1998. Mr. Thaeder served as a Vice President - Operations of Artesian Water Company Inc., subsidiary of Artesian Resources Corp. from February 1998 to May 2007. Prior to joining Artesian Resources Corp., he was employed by Hydro Group, Inc. from 1996 to 1998 as Southeastern District Manager - Sales and Operations from Maryland to Florida. During 1995 and 1996, Mr. Thaeder was Hydro Group's Sales Manager of the Northeast Division with sales responsibilities from Maine to Florida. From 1988 to 1995, he served as District Manager of the Layne Well and Pump Division of Hydro Group. Mr. John M.
