Biography
Natalia Beketova has been heading the RUSAL Personnel Directorate since September 2015. In this position, she is responsible for personnel management and development of the company's human resources in accordance with its strategic goals, including through the preparation of the current personnel reserve, as well as for the implementation of social and motivational programs for employees. Since 2010, she held the position of local director for personnel at Procter & Gamble in Eastern Europe (Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus). Since 2007, she has been the head of the Procter & Gamble division for the training and development of the CEEMEA region at the European headquarters in Geneva. Since 1995, she started working at one of the largest P & G plants in Europe in Novomoskovsk, where she took all the directions in the work of HR. Then she held the post of director for personnel in Boryspil, Ukraine. Graduated with honors from the Tula State Pedagogical University. L.N. Tolstoy is a teacher of a foreign language.
