Biography
Polina started out in clinical trials as an assistant in GlaxoSmithKline, where she later became a CRA. She moved on to Novartis, becoming a Senior CRA, and acting as local country lead of projects within the Russian Federation and as global lead CRA in several international trials. Polina headed up a group of cystic fibrosis studies, and was functional manager of 10 CRAs. Her experience in phase I-IV clinical trials covers a broad range of therapeutic areas (oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, neurology).
