Biography
Alexander Rantsev was born in 1972. In 1994 he graduated with distinction from Cherepovets Higher Military Engineering College of Radio Electronics with a major in "Computing machines, complexes, systems and networks". He also holds an MBA degree from Northumbria University (Newcastle, UK).
