Abramov Anton Andreevich

Biography

In 1996 he graduated from the Faculty of Medical Education of the Military Medical Academy. CM. Kirov. In 1999 he passed the primary specialization in ophthalmology at the Department of Ophthalmology of the Medical Academy of Medical Sciences. In 2003 he defended his thesis on the topic: "Development of diagnostic methods for asthenopia and functional vision rehabilitation for submarine operators". In 2004 he graduated from the clinical internship of the Medical Academy of the United States of America, specializing in "Ophthalmology". He underwent further training on the topics "Ophthalmology", "Vitreoretinal surgery". He passed an internship in Germany with prof. Gabor Chariot in cataract and vitreoretinal surgery. Has 15 published works, 1 invention, 4 proposals. In 2003 he was awarded the Order "For Military Merit". In 2005 he became a laureate of the "Vocation" prize. Has experience of all types of operations in ophthalmology. A special topic of interest is surgery for retinal detachment and vitreoretinal surgery. Operates retinal detachments both by episcleral filling, and with the use of vitreoretinal technique, and also in their combination. Performs vitrectomy with proliferative diabetic retinopathy, traction vitreomacular syndrome, macular ruptures, macular fibrosis. He has extensive experience in cataract surgery for 2016. He performed more than 5000 operations, of them about 4000 cataracts, most of them operated by the FEC method, a high degree of maturity and complicated. Performs similar operations through micro-cuts seamlessly. In surgical practice, implanted various types of rigid and flexible intraocular lenses (artificial lenses), used lenses for implantation in the absence of capsular support by the method of transscleral fixation of Alcon, Hanita, iris-claw Artisan, iridochrustalikovy block (MIOL-iris). Has experience working on various devices for surgical interventions.
