Biography

Roman has university degrees in Economy of Production and Agriculture with Business background. He has a lifetime of experience working in poultry and has spent time studying and evaluating poultry operations in the Europe, USA and Africa. Poultry has taken Roman to 14 different countries to view, evaluate/work and study different farming business. His strong business background and experience with large corporations provide the foundation needed to be the Technical manager. A native of Ukraine, Roman grew up working on the family farm and is still actively involved with the family farm in Western part of Ukraine. The majority of time currently is spent in Russia and Ukraine focused best practices in poultry farming operations.
