Biography
Vladislav started his career in the company in 2001 as a project engineer during the reconstruction of Baltika-Don Brewery. After the project was successfully completed, Vladislav was appointed head of the Steam and Water Supply Department in 2003 and later Chief Power Engineer at Baltika-Rostov in 2004. In 2006, Vladislav was appointed Chief Engineer at the brewery in Rostov. In March 2015, as part of the short-term rotation program, Vladislav was appointed Head of Operational Efficiency Department at Baltika's headquarters.
