Biography
Irina started her career in Nordic Food Company, ORKLA subsidiary in Pskov in 1995 as an interpreter and personal assistant. In 2006 she joined OTIS RUSSIA where she held the position of an HR manager, Supply Chain for four years. In 2010 Irina Beloglazova continued her career in HEINZ as an HR Business Partner for Supply Chain Russia, Middle East and Egypt. In March 2014 she was promoted to HR Director Russia. While in office, Irina successfully introduced the HR strategy to achieve short-, mid- and long-term objectives, implemented a number of global projects and cross-functional initiatives in the region. Irina graduated from the Pskov State Pedagogical University in 1996 and got a bachelor’s degree in foreign languages (English and German). In 2011 she also graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.
