Biography
Olga Belkina was born on 29 December 1979. Olga started her career at Baltika in 2003 as Chief Sales Analyst and Coordinator. She soon was promoted to Key Account Manager and then headed the Retail Development Department. In 2007, Olga was appointed Deputy Director for Key Account Development and Regional Manager for Key Account Development. In the period from 2011 to 2013, she worked as National Key Accountant Development Director. In 2014, she took the position of Modern Trade Sales Director. Olga graduated from St. Petersburg State University with the major in Company Management. In 2014 to 2015, she took part in the international Accelerated Leadership Development Programme of Carlsberg Group.
