Biography
Roman Golovnya started his career in Carlsberg Group in 2000 as an operator at Vena brewery (St. Petersburg). In 2006, he joined Carlsberg Ukraine, where he held various positions in business operations, including Brew Master, National Brew Master, and Deputy Quality Director. In 2011-2013, Roman was Director of Lviv Brewery. In May 2013, he was appointed Supply Chain Director in Olivaria. Roman was born on 10 April 1976. He graduated from St. Petersburg University for Low Temperature and Food Technology and has a PhD degree. He also studied in the Scandinavian School of Brewing.
