Biography
In 1996, Vladislav Gusev started his career at Cadbury confectionary plant in Novgorod region where he went a way from a Technician to a Section Manager in the production department. In 2002, he joined VENA brewery as a Head of Bottle-filling Department, then held the positions of Packaging Department Manager, Production Manager, Deputy Brewery Director and Brewery Director. From 2006 to 2008, he worked as Baltika-Chelyabinsk Brewery Director and, from 2008 to 2010, as a Plant Director of Lafarge company in Chelyabinsk region. Then Vladislav Gusev moved to Heineken to a position of Brewery Director in Novosibirsk, where he worked for 3 years. Since 2013 Vladislav Gusev has been holding the position of Deputy ManTech Director General in Erlan company (Ukraine). Vladislav Gusev was born on 25 August 1972 in Kazakhstan. He graduated from Jambyl irrigation institute for Electrification and Automation of Agriculture. From 2003 to 2005, he studied in the Scandinavian School of Brewing.
