 Main activities Operative treatment:  - malignant and benign tumors of the skin, soft tissues; - melanomas, sarcomas of soft tissues and bones of all localizations, including maxillofacial area, head and neck. - all types of operations in the lacteal, thyroid and parathyroid glands, mammary glands in men for malignant and benign neoplasms - metastatic lesions - skin, soft tissues, abdominal cavity, retroperitoneal space - lymphadenectomy of all localizations (axillary, supra-and subclavian, subscapular , inguinal-femoral, retroperitoneal and cervical lymphocytes) - tumors of the male sexual sphere (testes, scrotum, penis) - neoplasms of the gastrointestinal tract (palliative and radical operations on the large intestine, gastrostomy, colostomy, gastrointestinal and enteroanastomoses)  - laparocentesis, thoracocentesis  Interventional diagnostics:  - open biopsies of organs and tissues of all localizations (except the brain and spinal cord), bones  - aggressive minimally invasive (perekozhnye) biopsies of almost any localization (except the brain and spinal cord) under ultrasound and CT control: lactic, thyroid, pancreas, lungs, liver, kidneys, adrenals, ovaries, testes, large th and small omentum, retroperitoneal space, prostate, perineum  - trepan biopsy of the bones of the spine (except the cervical region), tubular and spongy bones; - therapeutic alcoholization of cysts and metastatic tumors (solitary) liver, kidneys by transdermal access under ultrasound and CT control.  Drug treatment:  chemotherapy, immunotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy, as well as palliative treatment of the following malignant neoplasms: head and spinal cord, head and neck , digestive tract, lungs and pleura, bones, soft tissues, skin, mammary gland and female genital organs, urological tumors, distant metastases of the above tumors. Treatment is carried out by systemic, regional, in-band administration of cytotoxic drugs using modern protocols of chemotherapy. Supportive, symptomatic and palliative therapy, as well as a palliative surgical manual, in the necessary and maximum adequate volume at all stages of the oncological disease. Treatment of chronic pain syndrome. Psychological support of cancer patients and relatives. The main areas of activity in general surgery: - surgical treatment of abdominal hernias, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, condylomas, phimosis, paraphimosis, dropsy of seminal cord and testicles - pathological skin scars - removal of foreign bodies of soft tissues surgery for Dupuytren's contracture, chronic synovitis - operative and conservative treatment of inflammatory and purulent diseases of soft tissues of the head and neck, trunk and extremities, lymph nodes, ingrown nail  - conservative treatment of exacerbation of cholecystitis, pancreatitis, brain concussion, limb injuries  - trophic ulcers of the lower extremities, also - with plastic replacement of the skin defect   Professional achievements Full member of the Russian Society of Oncological Mammals, the Moscow Cancer Society, the St. Petersburg Cancer Society.    Author of more than 20 printed scientific and practical works in the field of oncology, organization of oncological service in the Armed Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation
