Biography
Shishkin Andrey Nikolaevich was born in 1959.In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry, in 1996 - the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In July 2012 he was appointed vice-president of Rosneft, then in March 2013 - vice-president for energy, industrial safety, labor and environmental protection of Rosneft. In June 2016 - Vice-President for Energy, Localization and Innovation, member of the Management Board of PJSC "NK" Rosneft ". Since October 2016 - President of PJSC ANC "Bashneft".
