Biography
François is in charge of EFESO’s digital offering. He is responsible for designing solutions that support Performance Progression in companies. These solutions brings the benefits of digital transformation to operational excellence activities by removing bureaucracy, providing cross-fertilization opportunities across all initiatives, and making the link with Performance Behavior. François is the co-founder of Solvace, a software platform that allows companies to solve business problems more efficiently, without reinventing the wheel. Solvace is currently used by major companies in different industries. Solvace has been acquired by EFESO in 2016. He has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting (Celerant, Boston Consulting Group) and in Project Management (Sony Europe). His main competencies are in Product Development, Digital Transformation, Problem Solving and Project Management. François holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a Master in Management of Information Systems from HEC Paris, and is a telecom engineer.
