Biography
Nishant Gupta is APAC Operations manager with BSM Asia (an EFESO consulting company). He specializes in Lean and Operational Excellence in Pharmaceutical business environments. He holds 8 years of work experience in pharmaceutical operations and has led several Lean transformation projects in Quality functions across US, Europe and Asia enabling pharma clients to achieve strong and sustainable results. He has managed a number of Lean Laboratory and Lean QA projects at different manufacturing sites for world leading pharmaceutical companies like Novartis, Merck, Abbott, Pfizer and Roche. He holds an undergraduate and master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi
