Biography
I have worked in partnership with the University of Camaguey in research related to the Science and Technology of Milk and its Derivatives and the Science and Technology of Vegetables. I tutored several theses to obtain a bachelor's degree in Food Science. I am currently working in the field of plant biotechnology in the study of Superoxide dismutase activity in plant tissues and in the conservation of plant germplasm
